Physical Therapist Offers (minimum requirements):

• Current Relevant SNF Physical Therapist experience

• Current state professional PT license in good standing

• 3 Great Clinical, Professional References

• Current CPR/BLS Certification

• Current 2 Step PPD

• State and Contract specific compliance requirements
