We're looking for an energetic, self starter, that is hyper organized to help take our organization to the next echelon as a Staffing Consultant. We need someone who is looking to advance quickly with a company that has lofty goals. This position will launch entry-level talent into a career in the healthcare staffing and recruiting industry! As a Staffing Consultant you will learn all aspects of the industry in your preparation to take on a leadership role within 18-24 months.

Responsibilities for Staffing Consultants

Develop and manage excellent relationships with client healthcare organizations and providers
Scheduling healthcare providers with client facilities to maximize customer satisfaction
Contact, recruit and interview candidates for healthcare related positions
Manage and schedule healthcare providers
Negotiate wages with prospective candidates.
Network with trade associations
Assist in managing and understanding payroll processes

Qualifications

Required:

Strong interest in recruiting

Strong interest in B2B sales
Great sense of humor

Honest – must have a high level of integrity
Passion – must demonstrate a high level of energy and enthusiasm

Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree from Accredited University
Management experience
Sales and/or Recruitment experience
Leadership experience
